Plain-language summary first, because a page nobody reads protects nobody.

The short version

• You may install and use the software on the number of machines your licence allows.
• You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute our binaries.
• A perpetual licence stays valid for the version it was issued against, permanently.
• We may revoke a licence obtained fraudulently or reversed by chargeback. Nothing else.
• The software is provided without warranty. We are a small studio, not an insurer.

The complete terms are published before the first sale. We are not asking anyone to agree to anything today, so there is nothing here to bind you.
